5.2.9 ready?

最近は放置プレーの毎日ですが、この辺を参照されたし。
時間が経てば玉（アーカイブ）もできるでしょう。。。きっと。
5.2.8から5.2.9までの修正状況は以下の通り。。。沢山修正されてます。
CVE絡みの修正もあるし、mbstringもいくつか修正されています（moriyoshiさんに感謝！）。
ただ、個人的には影響は無さそうな修正ばかり。。。なんだけれど、マイナーバージョンUPを９回も行っているのに影響が出るっていうのは微妙な感じがするね。
